  • Modernized account and sign-in experiences from Angular to Next.js and React while preserving production behavior.
  • Built Digital ID account linking and identity verification, including patient lookup, one-time passwords, consent, and LexisNexis fallback.
  • Implemented Epic MyChart single sign-on using JWT handoff and date-of-birth verification; supported rollout from 5% to 100% of traffic and resolved cookie and session defects.
  • Mentored six engineers through one-on-ones, code review, delivery planning, and technical guidance.
